We ship worldwide within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to the EU/UK and 10–20 business days to the rest of the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 92 countries with free shipping on orders over €75.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of placing your order.

What's your return policy?
14-day risk-free returns. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund.
What's the warranty?
Our flagship backpack comes with a lifetime warranty. All other products carry a 2-year warranty.
How do I initiate a return?

Is the compression backpack allowed as carry-on?
Yes. In its uncompressed state it fits standard international carry-on dimensions across every major airline.
Are your products water-resistant?
Most Nedrix products use water-resistant materials. The flagship backpack has an IPX4-rated shell.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes, zippers, straps, and buckles are all replaceable. Contact us for details.
