Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
EU / EEA / UK, Standard, 7–14 business days, free on orders over €75, otherwise €4.95.
Rest of world (92 countries), Standard, 10–20 business days, calculated at checkout.
Delivery times can be longer during peak periods (e.g. November–December) or due to customs processing. All orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
Nedrix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders within the EU, VAT is calculated and included at checkout in accordance with EU VAT rules.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which will be active within 24–48 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nedrix is not liable for products lost or stolen in transit after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us at nedrixhome@gmail.com and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.
